Bio: |
Robyn Fabsits, illustrator, designer, artist and crafty chick, was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her MFA from the School of Visual Arts in NYC in 2000 and her BFA in 1994 from the Kansas City Art Institute. Both majors are in illustration. Robyn spends her days working as an illustrator and designer for a large greeting card company. At night she spends her time creating plush. She has had the pleasure of being involved in many shows across the country and beyond. Her work has been published numerous times in Stuffed Magazine. Robyn also finds time working on other sewing projects and cant leave a fabric store without spending $50. Some of the things that inspire her are old cartoons, vintage ads, old toys, fabric, poster art and anything circus related.. Robyn currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri with her husband, daughter and two neurotic Pomeranians.
